Players agree to have enrolled to participate in the contact sport RUGBY101 KIWI WARRIOR. Players recognize that the sport may involve participating in strenuous physical activity, including, but not limited to, being tackled hard, fended, run straight at, and so forth, as per the legal nature of the sport. Players understand that the sport is very physically demanding. Exercise and training include, but are not limited to, muscle strength, cardiovascular condition, and other various physical activities.
Players affirm that they are in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition that would prevent or limit their participation in this sport, as well as preparation to play in competitions and tournaments.
Players acknowledge that enrollment is purely voluntary and in no way mandated. In other words, they have not been forced to join or participate in this sport.
Players hereby release RUGBY101 KIWI WARRIOR and its management, including but not limited to, owner/s, agents, committees, officers, employers, assistants, and its successors, from all claims of damage, demands, and actions whatsoever, whether such damage be known or unknown.
Players fully understand that they may injure themselves, and they hereby release RUGBY101 KIWI WARRIOR and associates from any liability, now or in future conditions that may be obtained. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, heart attacks, muscle strains, muscle pulls, muscle tears and soreness, broken bones, heat prostrations, broken nose, injuries to the foot, and other illnesses and soreness, including death. Players hereby affirm that they have read and fully understand the above statements, the high risks, and the rewards.
In registering to participate in playing RUGBY101 KIWI WARRIOR, its tournaments, competitions, preparations, and all activities, players understand that their names, pictures, and videos will be used to promote the sport and its events. They give RUGBY101 KIWI WARRIOR, associates, and its official contractors permission to use their name, pictures, and videos to promote the sport, events, tournaments, and competitions.
Players fully understand and state that they are personally responsible for all risks of injuries or damages to persons or property in any way arising out of their participation in sports and activities.
Players understand that a valid ID is required to participate and must be presented before each activity to validate their participation.
